Pv15 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the pv15 platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the pv15 platform.

Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. pv15 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time with reasonable notice to users via the platform or registered email.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and pv15 as the platform operator.

2. Account Creation and Security

To access pv15's full range of services, you will need to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each individual is permitted only one active account. Registering multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts.

You are fully responsible for keeping your password and account login details secure. pv15 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your own failure to safeguard your account.

• You must be at least 18 years old to register.
• Registration information must be truthful and accurately reflect your real identity.
• Pv15 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time.
• Accounts may not be transferred or shared with any other party.

3. User Responsibilities and Platform Rules

Pv15 users agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. Any misuse of the platform — including attempts to defraud the system, use of unauthorised automated software, or interference with other users' experience — is strictly prohibited.

Key user responsibilities include:

• Do not take any action that could compromise the integrity or security of the platform.
• Do not use another party's account or access any account without authorisation.
• Do not spread false or misleading information in any interactions on the platform.
• Comply with all applicable Malaysian local laws regarding the use of online services.

Pv15 reserves the right to block or suspend access for users who violate any of these rules without prior notice in serious cases.

4. Payments, Transactions and Currency

All transactions on the pv15 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through payment methods supported by pv15, including online banking via FPX, local e-wallets, and bank transfers.

Successful deposits are typically credited within the timeframe stated on the payment page. For withdrawals, processing times depend on the chosen method and may be subject to additional security checks.

• Pv15 does not bear any fees charged by banks or third-party payment providers.
• Users are responsible for ensuring that the bank account details provided are accurate and belong to them.
• All deposits are final upon confirmation and cannot be reversed by the user.
• Pv15 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals for compliance or security review purposes.

5. Liability Limits and Account Policy

Pv15 provides this platform on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantee that the service will be available at all times without interruption. pv15 is not liable for any indirect losses, loss of profits, or data damage arising from the use of this platform.

Account Suspension and Closure: pv15 reserves the right to immediately suspend or close any account if:

• There is evidence of fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity.
• The user is found to have violated any terms set out in this document.
• Account has been inactive beyond the specified period with no activity.
• At the user's own request to close their account.

In cases of account closure due to fraud, any remaining balance may be forfeited. For closures arising from other valid reasons, balances will be returned subject to the applicable withdrawal terms.

6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links and Governing Law

All content on the pv15 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of pv15 and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property law. You may not copy, distribute, or use any of these elements without written permission from pv15.

The pv15 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. pv15 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites. Users who access external links do so at their own risk.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from the use of the pv15 platform shall be resolved through a mutually agreed process and, where necessary, through the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia.
